EquityPilot

This is a working draft of the EquityPilot Terms of Service. Final legal copy will be reviewed by counsel before launch and may differ in wording. By using EquityPilot you agree to the most recent version of these terms.

1. About EquityPilot

EquityPilot is a screening and routing platform that helps homeowners and property operators understand options and connect with licensed third-party specialists. EquityPilot is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Screening, estimates & routing

Pre-screening produces modeled estimates only. Estimates are not approvals, decisions, or guarantees of any outcome. Final decisions, rates, and terms come from a licensed specialist and lender, not from EquityPilot.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans grant access to specific member features, including specialist submission and the plan-aware AI execution mode. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Live billing connectivity may be staged separately during launch.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit information you do not have the right to share, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the platform to defraud, harass, or mislead anyone. Do not share sensitive credentials (account/routing numbers, full ID images, passwords) inside the AI coach — those go only to your specialist over their secure channel.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. EquityPilot makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated and may require re-acceptance.
