Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and authorized information. Estimates and routing may be affected by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. No misuse or fraudulent submissions
Users may not submit fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information, interfere with the service, or use EquityPilot to harm another person or organization.
4. Educational use
EquityPilot provides educational screening, planning, dashboard, and estimate tools. The service does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
5. Optional paid features
Some features may be offered through optional paid plans. Paid features do not guarantee financing, savings, or specific terms.
6. Specialist Review limitations
Specialist Review is optional and may help organize a file for review. It does not guarantee financing, approval, savings, or specific terms.
7. No guaranteed results
EquityPilot does not guarantee lender decisions, financing availability, payoff outcomes, referral acceptance, compensation, or savings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EquityPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Account termination
EquityPilot may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these terms, create security risk, or submit unauthorized information.
10. Changes to service
EquityPilot may update features, terms, notices, or workflows over time. Continued use after updates means the current terms apply.
