EquityPilot uses essential cookies to operate the site and, only with your consent, optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can change preferences at any time from the footer Cookie Preferences link.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are small data items stored in your browser. EquityPilot uses them to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — measure how the site is used and support marketing measurement.
2. Categories we use
Essential (always on): required for the site to load, sign-in to work, and security to function. Analytics (optional): first-party usage analytics that help us improve the educational experience. Advertising (optional, off by default): allows measurement and conversion attribution if and when EquityPilot enables marketing tags. Ad personalization (optional, off by default): allows non-PII relevance signals for marketing platforms.
3. First-party only by default
EquityPilot's analytics are first-party. We do not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel. If we add any in the future, they will respect the choices you make in the Cookie Preferences modal.
4. What we never share with ad platforms
We never send your name, email address, phone number, mortgage balance, property value, uploaded files, or notes to advertising platforms.
5. No GPS or exact location tracking
EquityPilot does not use GPS, device location APIs, or stored IP addresses. Any location-related context is derived only from the URL or campaign parameters you visit through (state-level at most).
6. How to control your choices
Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer to change your decision at any time. You can accept all, reject optional, or toggle each optional category individually.
7. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear localStorage. Doing so may sign you out, reset your preferences, and limit some EquityPilot features.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the product evolves. The last-updated date at the top reflects the most recent change.
