Broker Referral Terms

Last updated April 24, 2026

These terms apply to broker, advisor, referral partner, and third-party submissions made through EquityPilot.

1. Client authorization required

Broker or referral partner submissions should only be made with proper client authorization and only for information the submitter is allowed to share.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

The broker or referral partner is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authorization status of submitted information.

3. No compensation guarantee

EquityPilot does not guarantee referral compensation unless separately agreed in writing by the appropriate parties.

4. No acceptance or financing guarantee

Submission, review, tracking, or referral routing does not guarantee acceptance, financing, savings, approval, or specific terms.

5. Operational referral tracking

Referral tracking is for operational visibility, workflow status, and internal follow-up. It is not a financing decision or compensation ledger unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Legal and licensing obligations

Brokers and referral partners must comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, advertising rules, privacy duties, and client authorization obligations.

7. Sensitive information restrictions

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full government ID numbers, account credentials, private documents, or other prohibited sensitive fields through referral forms.

8. Contact

For broker referral questions, contact EquityPilot support. Support contact details will be finalized before launch.
