No. EquityPilot is not a lender. EquityPilot does not originate loans, underwrite, or make credit decisions. EquityPilot does not guarantee approval, preapproval, qualification, savings, or specific loan terms.

EquityPilot is an educational planning and Borrower Intelligence platform. Consumers can compare payoff and equity scenarios and optionally request review by a licensed specialist. Any actual loan decision is made by a separate licensed lender, not by EquityPilot.

EquityPilot is also not an investment program, trading platform, crypto platform, or venture builder, and does not offer guaranteed returns or instant payouts.
